Mr. Adibi has focused 25 years of his career in Healthcare and Life Sciences Informatics, and business process outsourcing. As CEO and founder of Adaptive Clinical systems, Mr. Adibi and his team are focused on providing the easiest and most affordable path for fully integrating eClinical Systems (CDMS, EDC, IWRS, ePRO, EHR/EMR, Patient monitoring Systems, Lab Instruments, and Training Systems) while maintaining strict compliance with FDA, HIPAA, and international regulatory bodies.

He also co-founded Superior Media Solutions, a business process and technology outsourcing company that focuses on the information publishing industry with a successful exit in 2016. Prior to that, as President of Practical CTO, Inc, Mr. Adibi concentrated on information technology, work flow systems, and analytics. During his time at PAREXEL Inc, as the Chief Technology Officer, he was responsible for ideation, design, and development of all facets of eClinical technology ranging from IVRS/IWRS, EDC, CTMS, and Medical Imaging.

Previous to his work at SVP Systems and Technology and CTO at Thomson-Reuters Scientific and Healthcare, Adibi handled scientific, technical, medical information management systems, data capture work flow systems, content enhancement, format setup, and publishing.

Mr. Adibi is a regular contributor to the Software Information Industry Association (SIIA) as a CODiE judge, the Philadelphia Science Center QED program as a Business Advisor, and is an active member of the Drug Information Association (DIA), PA-Bio, and the National Federation of Advance Information Systems (NFAIS). Mr. Adibi is also on the board of Beacon, Diagnostic Driving and Robossis.

He received his bachelor’s degree in computer science from the Temple College of Science and Technology and a master’s degree from Temple’s Fox School of Business.
