Motti assists in creating value to all stakeholder using leadership coaching, strategic planning and diligent execution.
Motti spearheaded 3 international start-ups to successful commercialization creating value for the investors and founders. He was General Manager of MMS USA (2008-2013), building a subsidiary for a European maker of diagnostics systems for GI and Urology. Motti was VP Operations of Oncura, a GE Healthcare business, directing the integration of 2 businesses selling consumables to treat Prostate Cancer. He was COO of Galil Medical (2000-2003), leading the commercialization of an innovative cancer therapy. Motti co-founded Idanit Technologies and served as VP Sales (1994-1999), a maker of Digital Printing equipment that was acquired by HP.
Motti holds MSc degree in Management from Boston University and a BSc in Computer Engineering from the Technion- Israel Institute of Technology. He is also a graduate of Leadership that Works coach training.
