Dale Keshishian is the Founder and CEO of HealthWorks Academies, a nonprofit 501 (c) 3 organization. HealthWorks Academies is a talent development pipeline program that works with high schools to support STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) curriculum with a focus on developing next generation professional talent in the health sciences.
Dale served as the Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Life Sciences Institute (PLSI), a statewide workforce training and talent development organization dedicated to serving the needs of the Life Sciences industry. PLSI is a partner organization to PA Bio, the trade organization representing the pharmaceutical and medical device industry for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Dale served as an Executive Coach for Gap International, a global leadership development and consulting firm, working with midsize to Fortune 500 companies in transformational thinking and organizational alignment. Examining the correlation between thinking and performance, she led organizations and their teams to consistently reach and surpass their goals.
Dale served as operations manager of an Internal Medicine practice for 18 years.
Dale currently serves on the Red Cross Spectrum Committee where she chairs the Twinkle Star Committee, a scholarship program for high achieving, low income students, the Advisory Board of the Life Sciences Collaborative and on the Founding Board of Whine & Cheese.
